It addresses recordkeeping and reporting incidents related to the Civilian Inmate Labor Program and/or prison camp administration.All of those 'silly' Internet conspiracy theories about military prison camps, boxcars with shackled floors, and red/blue lists are starting to look a whole lot more plausible. My advice is to be prepared to defend yourself and your family because the crunch is definitely coming fast folks. It looks like the Bush administrations response to the next calamity, whether terrorist, financial, or something wholely unexpected will be to lock up all those who don't goose step along with the NWO.
