The Civilian Inmate Labor Program

The Civilian Inmate Labor Program is exactly what it sounds like it is. You will need Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader to be able to view this file.
I am unable to put my disgust into words so I will just quote from the article so you know what you are letting yourself in for if you read it.
Summary: This regulation provides guidance for establishing and managing civilian inmate labor programs on Army installations. It addresses recordkeeping and reporting incidents related to the Civilian Inmate Labor Program and/or prison camp administration.
All of those 'silly' Internet conspiracy theories about military prison camps, boxcars with shackled floors, and red/blue lists are starting to look a whole lot more plausible. My advice is to be prepared to defend yourself and your family because the crunch is definitely coming fast folks. It looks like the Bush administrations response to the next calamity, whether terrorist, financial, or something wholely unexpected will be to lock up all those who don't goose step along with the NWO.

More on Dale Begg-Smith

Mr Begg-Smith's business is apparently assisted by the following 'innovative tools':
2ndthought Adware, Adware.SecondThought [Symantec], BKDR_RULEDOR.E, Second Thought, SecondThought, Spyware/ClearSearch [Panda], Trojan.Win32.SecondThought [Kaspersky], Trojan.Win32.SecondThought.a [Kaspersky], Trojan.Win32.SecondThought.c [VirusLibrary], Trojan-Dropper.Win32.Delf.z [Kaspersky], Win32/SecondThought.G [NOD32]

If you want to have a look at a lot of related domain names and IP addresses you can see a lookup posted at the Blutack Spyware forum on Feb 16 2005.

I was planning on linking the domain names to their spyware/trojan equivalents until I found out just how easy it is. Therefore I have linked just one and the investigation of the remainder I leave up to you.
